Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and SKAJ Ventures GmbH, operator of WonderAds (“WonderAds”, “we”, “us”). By registering an account or accessing the service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

WonderAds is a web-based software tool for building Google Ads Search campaigns in bulk. The service allows users to define keyword lists, configure ad combinations, and generate CSV files formatted for import into Google Ads Editor.

WonderAds is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. Any Google Ads account, campaign structure, or spend is solely your responsibility.

You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account or allow multiple individuals to use a single user account. For team access, use the team member invitation feature available on eligible plans.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are suspected of fraudulent activity, or have outstanding unpaid balances.

WonderAds offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on the pricing page. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Upgrades & Downgrades: Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrading is prorated; downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the limits of a downgraded plan, you must reduce usage before downgrading.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry it and notify you by email. After multiple failed attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended until payment is resolved.

You agree not to use WonderAds to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Create campaigns that promote illegal products, hate speech, deceptive practices, or content prohibited by Google Ads policies
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or plan restrictions

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.

All keyword lists, combinations, ad assets, and generated campaign data you create (“Your Content”) remain your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content and any campaigns you create comply with Google Ads policies, applicable advertising laws, and the regulations of any target market.

WonderAds and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of WonderAds and its operators. The WonderAds name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license to use the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated CSV files will be accepted by Google Ads Editor without modification. Google Ads import formats may change without notice.

We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, click-through rates, or return on ad spend from campaigns generated using WonderAds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WonderAds and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or advertising spend, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WonderAds and its operators from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including Google Ads policies.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request a data export. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the service before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Potsdam, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

For EU residents, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
